AN ANGLO-UKRAINIAN AI LAB
Our founders Charles and Mykhailo have been building software and businesses for more than 15 years, and doing so together for more than a decade. They met at a startup event in Copenhagen in 2013 whilst both expats, but it wasn't until a dinner in Mykhailo's hometown of Kyiv in 2019 that they would land on the idea behind Osinto.
The company launched the following year, entirely self-funded, building a prototype 'knowledge graph' SaaS product. The next few years would prove tough - weathering the dual storms of a pandemic and full-scale war - but adversity breeds resilience.
Now a fully fledged AI Research & Development lab they work with an incredible and growing network of collaborators in the UK and Ukraine - striving to match the best in human intelligence with cutting edge machine learning.
THE FOUNDERS
CHARLES OSBORNE

Charles first worked with Natural Language Processing (NLP) as far back as 2007 - helping train machine learning algorithms to detect sentiment in social media posts.
Since then he's worked for the UK Foreign Office, co-founded seven startups and worked for family offices and investment funds across sectors as diverse as tech, finance, renewable energy and aerospace.
Most recently he's been consulting on AI compute projects within the data centre market, spec'ing out H100 clusters with the likes of NVIDIA and SuperMicro.
With 15+ years of sales, marketing and analyst experience and several years working as a freelance technology scout, Charles sets the vision and direction for the business and handles most things that don't involve code.
He oversees our Research and Intelligence activities from the UK and is still a hands-on analyst and researcher.
MYKHAILO BEVZ

Mykhailo 'Mike' Bevz leads on all our technical operations from Kyiv, Ukraine where he oversees our MLOps division
With more than 15 years of DevOps, MLOps, cloud architecture and software development experience he is both hands-on developer and experienced manager of distributed teams on pan-European projects.
A computer language polyglot Mykhailo's production NLP and NLG experience sits atop a formidable foundation of truly 'full stack' software and infrastructure experience spanning:

2013
Charles and Mykhailo first meet at a startup event in Copenhagen, working on a 'hyperlocal news' MVP.
2015
Their first venture as co-founders - an online marketplace for used cars - dies a (mercifully) quick death!
2020
Osinto launches - focused on providing market intelligence to the electric aviation industry through Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) - development starts on a prototype knowledge graph product.
2021
Rolls-Royce sign a 12-month deal as our first retained SaaS client for the 'Cloud Empire' knowledge graph platform. Pre-seed fundraising commences. Seven weeks later there's a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, which changes our plans...
2023
Team re-focuses on deep learning / artificial intelligence. Projects for private clients focus on development of 'AI ready' data centre infrastructure, open source Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision and autonomous navigation..
2024
Osinto re-launches as 'The Artificial Intelligence Agency' - your partner for AI R&D, prototyping and experimentation.

Adam is our data centre expert - an experienced Chief Development Officer having delivered five $150m+ data centre projects for hyperscale customers in Europe alone.
RHIANNE JACKLIN

Rhianne is our Marketing & Communications guru and Operations expert. She is our expert in the Ecology and Natural Capital sectors and works at the forefront of the rewilding movement.
NAZARII MAKARENKO

'Naz' is our MLOps / DevOps / software architect 'Swiss Army knife'. Another computer language polyglot he holds a Master in Computer Engineering from Odesa National University.
BOHDAN CHERNIAKH

Bohdan is a Java expert and DevOps ninja. He's worked in finance, gaming and holds a Masters in Information Systems from the National Technical University of Kyiv.
IVANKA BEVZ

Ivanka sources us top tech talent. She's recruited for Snapchat, has a BA in Chinese as well as a Masters from the Institute of International Relations at the National University of Kyiv.
