This page explains how Osinto Ltd handles personal information collected via osinto.com.
Who we are
Osinto Ltd. Registered in England & Wales. Company No. 11952126. Office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Contact: hello@osinto.com.
What we collect
Two things only: contact form submissions (name, organisation, email, message) and newsletter email addresses, captured via double opt-in. We don't run ad tracking or behavioural profiling.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics (page views, top pages, top referrers, country, device, browser). It sets no cookies, sends no personal data and does not fingerprint visitors. Cloudflare processes only the request data they already see as our hosting provider.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, or to send you The Osborne Report - and nothing else.
Who processes it on our behalf
A small set of UK / EU processors: AWS SES (transactional email), EmailOctopus (newsletter delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection). We don't sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
Contact messages: as long as the conversation is active, then archived. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe (one-click in any email) or ask us to delete you.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You can ask what we hold, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email hello@osinto.com and we'll respond within one calendar month.
Cookies
No tracking cookies. We use local storage to remember your light or dark theme preference; the contact form briefly sets a Cloudflare Turnstile cookie to prevent spam. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless.
Governing law
This policy and any disputes about it are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Changes
Material changes to how we use existing subscribers' data will be communicated by email before taking effect. Other updates are reflected in the date at the top of this page.
